Description
PADI IDC DESCRIPTION
The IDC Course (Instructor Development Course) consists of two parts: the Assistant Instructor (AI) course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program, at the end of which you will attend the Instructor Examination (IE), the final step to obtain a PADI Instructor certification.
Successfully completing the AI course earns you only the PADI Assistant Instructor qualification, and if you feel ready, you can join an OWSI program that allows entry into an IE to earn the full PADI Instructor assessment.
Professionals who already have an instructor degree with another organization may be eligible to enroll directly in the OWSI program, which recognizes the instructor's previous training and provides a path to becoming a PADI Instructor.

ACADEMIC
The duration of the full course is around 2 weeks and the IDC training includes teaching and conducting all PADI core courses.
The student will be able to organize and present information, conduct skills development sessions and supervise open water diving, increase public speaking skills and demonstrate your skills by focusing on the safety of student divers.
